I’ve uploaded some first and second fix images of plumbing and heating work carried out in a new bungalow from a job in Congresbury.
The three bed new build consisted of Installing and commissioning a New Vaillant Ecotec Pro28 ERP Combination boiler with vertical flue, a separate zone for two heating towel rails in the bathroom and en-suite and a second zone to control 7 complete John Guest Speedfit underfloor heating individual circuits, controlled with separate programmable room thermostats.
The rest of Plumbing work included a new bathroom install, en-suite and kitchen from first to second fix, commission and test.
