New A Rated Vaillant Combination Condensing gas boiler installed in the upstairs airing cupboard replaces Conventional Oil boiler located in the downstairs utility cupboard. New Gas main supply pipe installed to the property, existing Oil tank, Oil supply pipe and boiler disconnected and removed for our client.
Pipework alterations carried out to new boiler location, existing water storage tanks disconnected and removed, new thermostatic radiator valves fitted to improve system efficiency and new Vertical flue installed in the loft space, as required.
New Gas boiler fully commissioned and signed off to ‘The Gas Safe Register.’
New Magna Clean filter installed below the new boiler.
Five years parts and labour warranty applied.
