A new installation of a 300 litre Indirect unvented hot water cylinder to overcome a hot water problem in a Manor house for a customer in Broomfield- Taunton.
The existing gravity fed hot water cylinder reported inadequate for the property and my customers usage, as was found not enough hot water and a long time to wait for hot water, the hot water pressure was too low for the existing high pressure bathroom appliances in place.
The new unvented hot water cylinder installation achieved five times the flow rate, giving adequate hot water pressure and flow rate to bath/shower rooms and at a quicker speed with the installation of a secondary return and bronze pump, this pump is controlled by a programmer for it to pump at peak times during the day and night, therefore hot water to be instant at the required times as requested.
